Terms of Service
The short version
- Kashish is an AI companion made by Nexor Sparks. It can make mistakes, so check anything important.
- Connecting Gmail is optional. Kashish gets read-only access, and only looks at your mail when you ask it to.
- We never send, delete, or change your emails, and we never sell your Google data or use it for ads.
- You can disconnect Gmail at any time, and you can also remove access from your Google Account.
1. Who we are
Kashish AI (“Kashish”, the “App”) is a product of Nexor Sparks (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms are an agreement between you and Nexor Sparks about your use of the App, the website at kashishai.com, and related services, including the Kashish IRIS smart glasses experience.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Kashish, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.
3. Who can use Kashish
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use Kashish only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where the law of your region requires it. Connecting Gmail or any other Google service is available only to people who are old enough to hold a Google Account under Google’s own rules.
4. Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password and sign-in methods private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us promptly at auth@kashishai.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.
5. What Kashish does
Kashish is an AI companion. You can chat by text or voice, keep conversation memory, use tools such as search, and optionally connect other services. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
Kashish is for general information and companionship. It is not a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, or emergency service. For medical, legal, financial, or safety matters, speak to a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number.
6. Gmail and Google data
This section applies only if you choose to connect your Gmail account. If you never connect Gmail, none of it affects you.
6.1 What you are agreeing to
When you tap Connect next to Gmail, Google shows its own consent screen. If you approve, Kashish receives a temporary access token for one permission only: read-only access to your Gmail (the gmail.readonly scope). Connecting is always your choice and is never required to use Kashish.
6.2 What Kashish does with your Gmail
| Kashish will | Kashish will never |
|---|---|
| Read your messages only when you ask, for example “summarize my unread emails” or “what did Rahul send me today?” | Send, reply to, forward, delete, archive, label, or change any email. |
| Pass the emails relevant to your request to the AI service that writes the answer, so it can summarize or explain them to you. | Sell your Google user data or share it with advertisers, data brokers, or information resellers. |
| Show the result to you in the chat, and nothing more. | Use your Gmail content for advertising, including personalized or retargeted ads. |
| Request a fresh token each session. Tokens are short-lived. | Use your Gmail content to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. |
Drafting an email in Kashish is separate from the Gmail connection. When Kashish drafts a message, it only opens it in your own mail app for you to review and send yourself.
6.3 Limited Use commitment
Kashish’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In practice, that means we use your Gmail data only to provide the features you asked for in the App, we don’t allow humans to read it unless you give us specific permission, it is needed for security or abuse investigation, or the law requires it, and we don’t transfer it to others except as needed to provide the feature, to follow the law, or as part of a merger or sale where you are notified.
6.4 How to disconnect
- In Kashish, open Settings → Gmail and choose Disconnect. This revokes the token Kashish holds.
- Or remove access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- You can also ask us to delete any related data by emailing help@kashishai.com.
For full details on storage, retention, and your privacy rights, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Use Kashish lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:
- Break the law or encourage others to.
- Harass, threaten, or exploit anyone, or create content that sexualizes minors.
- Try to access other people’s accounts or data, including by misusing the Gmail connection.
- Probe, attack, overload, reverse-engineer, or bypass limits on the App.
- Use the App to make spam, malware, scams, or deceptive content.
- Scrape or resell the App’s output or service without our written permission.
We may suspend or limit accounts that break these rules.
8. Plans and payments
Kashish has a free plan with usage limits and an optional paid plan, Kashish Pro. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the Pricing page. Where Pro is a subscription, it renews automatically for each billing period until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your profile or through your payment provider. Plans activate after payment is confirmed. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund details.
9. Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit to Kashish (“Your Content”). You give Nexor Sparks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content only as needed to run and improve the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. This license does not extend to your Google user data, which is governed by section 6.
10. AI-generated content
Kashish’s replies are generated by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Summaries of your emails may miss details or misread tone. Please check the original message before acting on anything important, such as a deadline, payment, or legal notice.
11. Intellectual property
The App, its design, and its software belong to Nexor Sparks or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the App. They do not transfer ownership of anything to you.
12. Third-party services
Kashish works with outside providers for sign-in, database, payments, AI processing, search, and (if you choose) Google services. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for services we don’t operate.
13. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suited to a particular purpose.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Nexor Sparks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Ending your use
You can stop using Kashish and delete your account at any time by contacting help@kashishai.com or through the App. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we must by law. If your account ends, any Gmail connection ends with it.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. When we make important changes, we will update the date at the top and notify you in the App or by email. If we ever change how we use Google user data, we will ask for your consent again where required. Continuing to use Kashish after an update means you accept the new Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless local consumer law in your region says otherwise.
